To install, open your phone settings, go to the mobile or cellular section, and choose to add an eSIM or data plan. Scan the QR code from MegaEsim. Give the line a name like Grenada so you can spot it later. That is the whole job. You can do it in about two minutes.
Grenada has one main airport, Maurice Bishop International, just south of the capital St. George's. The free airport WiFi is patchy here and barely reaches the arrivals hall, so do not count on it.

If you plan to stream video or work from your laptop, lean toward the larger plan, since video burns through data fast.
The southwest corner is where most of the action is, and it is where FLOW coverage is strongest. In St. George's, around the Carenage harbor, and along Grand Anse and Morne Rouge, you will hold a steady 4G signal.
This is handy for the things tourists actually do. Looking up the spice market hours, splitting a restaurant bill, booking a sunset sail, or pulling up directions to a rum distillery all work without a hitch in this zone.
Grenada is small but hilly, and the middle of the island is thick rainforest. When you drive up to Grand Etang Lake or the Annandale Falls, expect the signal to drop in and out as the road winds through the hills.
A simple trick helps here. Before you leave the coast, open your map app and download the area for offline use, or screenshot your route. That way your navigation keeps working even when the bars disappear for a few minutes between villages.
Heading north through Gouyave, the fishing town, and on toward Levera National Park, you stay connected through most of the towns. FLOW covers the populated coastal spots well.
The thinner moments come on the empty stretches between settlements and in the far northern parishes. Signal there can be slow or vanish for a bit. It comes right back as soon as you reach the next town, so it is rarely more than a short gap.

Coverage is decent in Hillsborough, the main town on Carriacou, and around the harbor areas. Out on the smaller bays and quiet roads it gets lighter, much like the rural parts of the main island, so plan to do any big uploads while you are in town.
