You buy eSIMs from MegaEsim at wholesale and sell them to your own customers, under your own brand, at your own prices.
You are an independent business, not our agent, employee or representative. You cannot enter into anything on our behalf, and you must not make promises about coverage, speeds or refunds in our name.
You must not present yourself as MegaEsim, and you must not describe yourself as the mobile network. You are selling a connectivity product you bought from us.
You may not use the MegaEsim name or logo in your own marketing without asking us first. We will usually say yes.
Your account runs on a prepaid wallet in USD. Every order is paid from that balance at your tier rate, and an order fails if the balance will not cover it.
• Minimum top up is $50. Card, bank transfer, Wise or PayPal.
• Wallet funds buy eSIMs. They earn no interest and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Unused balance is refunded if you close your account in good standing. Tell us and we send it back to the account it came from.
We will hold a refund only where there is an unresolved chargeback, an unpaid amount, or a fraud investigation on your account.
Your rate is a fixed percentage below our public prices, set by your tier. It starts at 12 percent and improves as your volume grows. There is no monthly fee, no minimum order and no minimum volume.
We may change wholesale prices at any time, without notice. Network costs move underneath us with no warning and we will not pretend otherwise. What we will never do is change the price of an order you have already placed: every order is priced at the moment you place it.
Your dashboard always shows your rate rather than the public price, so the number you see is the number you pay.
You set your own retail prices. There is no floor, no cap and no resale price we impose on you. What you charge your customers is entirely your business.
Our wholesale rates are given to you in confidence. Please do not publish them or pass them to anyone outside your business.
You own the relationship with the people you sell to. That means you handle their billing, their questions and their support.
We support you. We do not support your customers, and we will not contact them. If you need help diagnosing something, send us the ICCID or the order reference and we will tell you exactly what the network says about it.
You are also responsible for how your customers use the service. If a network or an upstream provider throttles, reprices, suspends or penalises an account because of traffic originating from your orders, that consequence is yours and we will pass it on to you.
Once an eSIM profile has been downloaded to a device, it cannot be refunded. That is the point at which the network considers it delivered, and it applies to us exactly as it applies to you.
A profile that has never been downloaded can usually be cancelled. Tell us and we will request it. We cannot promise it, because the decision sits with the network, but we will always ask and we will tell you the answer either way.
Number plans cannot be cancelled or refunded at all once ordered, because a live phone number is issued the moment you place the order.
Some regional plans also cannot be cancelled once ordered. The network they run on gives us no cancellation route, so there is nobody for us to ask. Every plan in the catalogue carries a supports_cancel flag so you know before you sell it, and the cancel endpoint answers with a plain refusal rather than accepting something it cannot honour.
You carry the payment risk on your own sales. If your customer charges back, that does not reverse the wholesale purchase from us. Price your product with that in mind.
These are the things that cause most support tickets. Tell your customers and you will avoid nearly all of them.
• Data plan validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a network, not when you buy it and not when it is installed. Your customer can buy weeks ahead and lose nothing.
• Number plan validity starts at installation, which is different, and it catches people out.
• Coverage stops at the destination border. Data, calls and texts all stop outside the countries the plan covers.
• A deleted profile is not lost. The same QR code can be reinstalled on the same device up to ten times.
• Unlimited plans are subject to a fair use policy. Full speed up to the daily allowance, reduced speed after that.
• Not every plan can be topped up. The catalogue carries a supports_topup flag on each one. Where it is false, sell your customer a new eSIM instead of trying to add data to the old one.
Networks occasionally withdraw a country or change what they offer. When that happens we update the catalogue and it is reflected in your feed immediately.
Some plans come with a real mobile number, calls and texts as well as data. The catalogue marks them plan_kind: number. You may sell them, and they are priced like every other plan, at your tier discount off our retail price. They follow their own terms, and an order is only accepted once you confirm you have read them.
• Not refundable. A live phone number is issued the moment you order. A number plan cannot be cancelled or refunded once ordered, whether or not the eSIM has been installed or activated.
• The phone number is not in the API or the dashboard. Your customer finds it in the phone's mobile plan settings once the eSIM is installed.
• Validity starts at installation, not at purchase and not on arrival.
• It works only inside the destination. Calls, texts and data all stop outside it.
• Outbound calls reach numbers inside the destination only. International outbound calls are not possible. People abroad can still call and text the number.
• Some number plans have no texts. The plan says so, and such a plan cannot receive verification codes.
• Calls can take up to an hour to start after installation. Data starts first.
• One number per order. A later order gets a different number, so a customer cannot keep a number from one plan to the next.
• No top ups and no renewals. Usage reporting covers data only, not minutes or texts.
Every number plan in the catalogue carries its own terms list. That list is the authority for the plan, and you must show it to your customer before they buy. You are the first contact for your customers on these plans, as on every other.
Your API key is yours to protect. Anything done with your key is treated as done by you, so store it somewhere safe and never put it in client side code or a public repository.
If a key is exposed, tell us immediately and we will revoke it and issue a new one. We may also revoke or rate limit a key ourselves if it starts behaving abnormally.
• Default rate limit is 100 requests per minute per key.
• Sandbox is free. Test orders cost nothing, produce test eSIMs and never touch your wallet.
• Webhooks deliver order and eSIM events to an endpoint you control. Verify the signature on every one.
We may change the API, but we will not break an endpoint you are using without telling you first.
If you buy a white label storefront or apps from us, these terms apply on top of everything above.
• You own your brand, your domain and your customers. We host the store on our servers and nothing on it carries our name.
• Your app listings are yours. We build the apps and hand them to you, and you publish them from your own Apple and Google developer accounts. Their fees are paid by you directly.
• Store approval is not something we control. Apple and Google decide, and their decision is not a reason for a refund. We will help you respond to a rejection.
• Platform bugs are ours, your customers are yours. If something we built is broken we fix it. Questions from your customers are still yours to answer.
• Every client gets the same platform with their own identity. Features built for one client are available to all. Anything genuinely custom is quoted as custom work.
• The monthly fee keeps it running, covering hosting, security updates, platform fixes and app updates when Apple or Google require them.
• Source code is available on request and quoted separately.
If you stop paying the monthly fee, the store stops being hosted. Your domain, your customer data and your app listings remain yours in every case.
You must follow the law where you sell, and you must not sell into sanctioned territories or to sanctioned people. Our own suppliers hold us to this, so if a claim reaches us because of something you sold, it passes to you.
For your customers' personal data, you are the controller and we are not. We only ever see what you send us to fulfil an order. Handle their data lawfully and keep your own privacy notice current.
Each of us is responsible for our own taxes. Any VAT, GST or sales tax due on what you sell to your customers is yours to handle, in your own country and theirs.
We do not promise the service will never be interrupted. We run on real mobile networks in 198 countries and some of them will have a bad day.
Where something is our fault, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the three months before the claim. Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost revenue or lost goodwill.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything that cannot be limited by law.
Either of us can end this with 10 days written notice, for any reason or none. No contract, no lock in, no exit fee. When you close in good standing, your unused wallet balance comes back to you.
We may suspend an account immediately, without notice, for fraud, chargeback abuse, or activity that puts our network access at risk. We will always tell you why.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email you 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to place orders after that means you accept the change.
