Accessibility Statement

We want MegaEsim to be usable by everyone, including people who use a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, or need larger text and higher contrast. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We are not going to claim we have finished, because accessibility work is never finished and a claim like that is usually untrue.

• The site works with the keyboard alone, and focus is visible as you move through it. • Text resizes and reflows without breaking the layout, including on the checkout. • Colour is never the only way information is conveyed. • Images that carry meaning have text alternatives. • The site adapts to light and dark preferences and to reduced motion settings. • Legal pages have a table of contents and stable anchors so a screen reader user can jump to a clause directly.

Being honest about the gaps is more useful than a badge: • Some country coverage tables are wide and need horizontal scrolling on a small screen. • A few older blog articles have images whose alternative text is thinner than it should be. • The interactive coverage map on the eSIM Price Index is visual. The same data is available as a table on the same page, and we will keep it that way. If you hit something not listed here, please tell us. A real report is worth more than an audit.

Email support@megaesim.com with the page address and what went wrong. Say what you were trying to do and what assistive technology you use, if you use one. We reply within 2 business days and we will tell you honestly whether we can fix it and roughly when. If something on the site blocks you from buying or using an eSIM, we will complete the purchase or resolve the problem with you directly in the meantime, by email, so you are never stuck because of our website.
